From Our Founder
I’ve spent my career leading communications across nonprofits, international organizations, in PR agencies, and the private sector, from Hyatt to the UN Refugee Agency. I started 10F Communications because I believe the most impactful organizations are the ones that truly connect - with their audiences, their mission, and the world around them.
I also saw a gap: growing nonprofits need what corporate does well — just not exactly how they do it. Most frameworks aren't built for teams building the plane while flying it.
I’m drawn to the stories that often go unheard. I’ve worked alongside refugees rebuilding their lives, veterans finding new purpose, immigrant families navigating complex systems, and mission-driven teams tackling their community’s challenges.
Complexity is where I shine. I bring strategic thinking, agency and nonprofit experience, and an ability to see what’s happening underneath the surface — then help turn it into a way forward.
